M-learning

I found this article on m-learning pretty interesting. A conference I attended earlier on in the year highlighted mobile learning and successful case studies were also presented. This is an area I've always been interested in and have been keen to know how it all works.

Read this article and decide for yourself how suitable is m-learning within your organisation? Is it feasible for you to design keeping in mind m-learning.

Second Life

I've been hearing quite a bit about Second Life since sometime now. I do have a fair idea but not sure if I've fully understood it or how it aids in learning. There have been case studies and some great examples of the use of Second Life, recently at a meeting someone mentioned how an organisation used Second Life to implement a change and see if it worked and then would implement it organisation wide. So,I guess there is scope but till we fully grasp the essence it might be difficult to implement it or even put it into good practice.

Down below is a link which was posted on the eLearning Technology blog. It shows videos which aid in learning. An interesting insight. I read about it on the eLN and thought would share.
